01 / The Problem

Fundraising usually fails before the first investor meeting.

Most teams don't have a deck problem. They have a fundraising-system problem.

01 / Unclear Story

  • Strong product, weak investment narrative.
  • Investors don’t quickly understand: why this company, why now, why this team?

02 / Weak Readiness

  • Metrics, valuation and use of funds are not aligned.
  • Data room and answers to hard questions are not ready.

03 / Random Execution

  • Investor outreach becomes a sequence of meetings.
  • No disciplined funnel or systematic feedback loop.

02 / Approach

Turn your fundraise into a higher-probability outcome.

We work on the founders’ side — from “we need to raise” to an investor-ready fundraising process.

01 / Audit & Strategy

  • Business model
  • Traction & metrics
  • Market & competition
  • Round size & valuation
  • Use of funds
  • Investor pipeline

02 / Investor Packaging

  • Investment narrative
  • Pitch deck
  • Financial story
  • Data room
  • Investor FAQ
  • Valuation rationale

03 / Investor Readiness

  • Pitch structure
  • Mock meetings
  • Objection handling
  • Difficult questions
  • Negotiation strategy

04 / Execution Support

  • Pipeline priorities
  • Meeting prep
  • Feedback loops
  • Follow-ups
  • Narrative iteration
  • Negotiation support

03 / Outcome

Be ready to raise —
not just ready to pitch.

The deliverable isn't a prettier pitch deck. It's a company investors can understand and a process you can run.

01

Clear Investment Story

Investors quickly understand the opportunity, timing and upside.

02

Investor-Ready Materials

Deck, financials, data room and fundraising ask tell one consistent story.

03

Prepared Founders

You know how to pitch, answer difficult questions and handle objections.

04

Structured Fundraising Process

You know whom to approach, how to prioritize investors and how to move conversations forward.

04 / Engagements

Three ways to work together.

Every raise is different, so there is no one-size package. Choose the level of involvement you need — from focused preparation before outreach to hands-on support until the round closes.

Fundraising Sprint / 4–6 weeks

For teams preparing to go to market that need the company, narrative and materials ready before systematic investor outreach.

Covers:

  • Fundraising audit & strategy
  • Investment narrative & pitch deck direction
  • Financial story, round size & valuation logic
  • Data-room readiness & investor FAQ
  • Founder preparation

RESULT: Ready to launch a structured fundraising process.

Fundraising Partner / 3–6 months

For founders who want an experienced operator involved throughout the raise, not just during preparation.

Covers:

  • Investor pipeline reviews
  • Meeting preparation
  • Feedback analysis & narrative iteration
  • Follow-ups
  • Negotiation support
  • Founder-level strategic judgment

RESULT: We work alongside the founders, not outside the company.

Strategic Engagement / By selection

For a small number of companies where our involvement can materially change the outcome and the long-term upside is exceptional.

Conditions:

  • Every engagement starts with a diagnostic.
  • Scope and terms are agreed individually.

05 / Selected work

From “we need to raise” to a closed round.

07 / Who this is for

You have a company worth funding. Now you need investors to see it.

Built for founders who need more than presentation design. We don’t raise instead of founders. We make founders significantly better at raising.

Good fit if:

  • You have traction — but the investment story isn’t strong enough yet.
  • You’re preparing to raise $250K–$3M at Pre-Seed or Seed.
  • You’ve started talking to investors, but conversations aren’t converting.
  • You’re getting meetings, but struggle with objections, valuation or the ask.
  • You need more than a deck — a fundraising strategy and process.
  • You want an experienced founder beside you during the raise.

Not a fit if:

  • You only need investor introductions.
  • You expect someone else to raise the round for you.
  • You’re looking for guaranteed funding.
  • You’re not ready to challenge your current story, metrics or strategy.
  • You’re not ready to commit significant time to the fundraising process.
  • You’re still at the idea stage with no product, team or meaningful validation.

08 / FAQ

Questions founders ask first.

Do you introduce us to investors?

Yes, where it makes sense. Through our partner network of 1,000+ investors, we can open relevant doors. But introductions work only when the company, story and process are ready — so that's where we start.

Do you guarantee the raise?

No. Nobody honestly can. What we can do is remove the most common reasons rounds fail and make your fundraise a structured, higher-probability process.

What stage and round size do you work with?

Mostly Pre-Seed and Seed rounds of $250K–$3M. The company should have a product, a team and early validation.

Will you raise the round for us?

No. We don't raise instead of founders. We work beside you, so you run the process and build investor relationships yourself.

How much founder time does it take?

Fundraising is a founder's job. Expect a significant commitment during preparation and active outreach. We plan it so the company keeps moving.

How is the engagement priced?

It depends on the stage, scope and format. We agree on terms individually after the diagnostic call.

Do you work with founders outside Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with founders in any country.

09 / Next step

Ready to make your fundraise
a higher-probability outcome?

Let's start with a fundraising diagnostic: what's working, what's missing and what needs to change before you approach the right investors.

01 / Diagnose

Your company, round, narrative and current fundraising readiness.

02 / Identify

The gaps, risks and opportunities that can affect your raise.

03 / Build the plan

The right fundraising strategy and next steps.
